    Very poor customer service, the individual I had contact with was very rude, work slowed down ad I needed to alter.my payment amount and he once I agreed to the minimum amount he told me it was dependant on approval and my account would likely go back to the legal department for further action. The employees there need a major attitude adjustment and professional development
